Our standard cut off time is 11AM PST. However, your order may still ship out if it is located in a facility that is close to your shipping location. In this case the delivery date will show on the checkout page. For most of the USA we offer Free 3 day and 2 day shipping.

We have a 30-day return / refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at shop@sleepline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
